Women’s Affairs Center Concludes Training Program for 50 Young Women in Gaza
The Women’s Affairs Center (WAC) concluded a specialized training program on Project Management and Youth Workforce Preparation, targeting 50 young women from across the Gaza Strip as part of its efforts to strengthen women’s participation in public life and decision-making processes.
Developing Professional and Leadership Skills
The training was implemented within a project aimed at enhancing women’s engagement in formal and informal decision-making spaces. Participants received practical training in project management, workplace preparedness, communication and persuasion skills, professional excellence, and effective coordination and networking.
Empowering Young Women for Greater Participation
Amal Syam emphasized the importance of investing in young women’s capacities and creating opportunities that enable them to become active leaders and contributors to their communities. She noted that empowering women through skills development and institutional engagement remains essential to advancing gender equality.

Participants highlighted the training’s role in strengthening their understanding of project management and professional development, while also enhancing their confidence, leadership skills, and readiness to participate more effectively in civic and professional life.
