Celebrating the Graduation of 120 Trainees at WAC Incubator
We are proud to announce the graduation of 120 trainees during the first half of 2026 at the WAC Incubator, marking an inspiring journey of learning, growth, and skills development.
This achievement reflects the dedication of all participants who have worked hard to build their capacities and strengthen their professional skills in various fields. Each graduate represents a story of progress, resilience, and ambition toward a better future.
At WAC Incubator, we believe in empowering women and creating opportunities that enable them to develop their potential and move closer to their personal and professional goals.
Under the leadership of Amal Syam, the director of the Women’s Affairs Center, these efforts have been further strengthened through a clear vision focused on women’s empowerment, capacity building, and expanding opportunities for young women to participate in economic and social life. Her leadership has contributed to enhancing training initiatives, supporting skill development programmes, and ensuring that women have access to meaningful pathways that help them transform their abilities into real opportunities.

We are proud of every achievement made along this journey and every step that brings our trainees closer to their dreams and aspirations. This milestone reflects not only the success of the trainees, but also the continuous commitment of the centre’s leadership and partners to invest in women’s potential and future.
